Project Overview
Con-Fused were the electrical contractors for a number of units at the new industrial development SEGRO Park in Tottenham, London. SEGRO Park is going to be the most sustainable industrial scheme in London and is being built to the highest standards. It will have outstanding environmental credentials – BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, EPC ‘A+’ and a carbon negative for regulated energy use base build.
Con-Fused completed the electrical installation on 8 industrial units at the park. Works included electrical installations, containment, first and second fix, distribution boards, external lighting, and a number of EV Charger points.
